The Board shall select its own areas for review and shall provide a list to the Board of Trustees of areas it believes suitable and appropriate for its attention. It shall establish parameters in such instances that do not infringe on the legally assigned duties of any other official board, committee, officer or working group of the village. The proposal will be discussed and a specific recommendation to correct or modify the situation will be submitted to the Board of Trustees.
