The Community Improvement Board shall elect a Chairperson and Vice Chairperson, who shall preside over each meeting. The Mayor and Trustees will be considered as ex officio members of the Board when attending meetings. The Chairperson-elect and the Vice Chairperson-elect shall serve for one year. The Secretary shall serve for one year who shall record the proceedings of each meeting. The election for Secretary shall be held at the May meeting with the officer elections. Officer elections shall be held at the May meeting annually. Records of meetings shall be kept by the Secretary; a copy will be provided to the Board of Trustees and will be made available to the public for inspection.
