The purpose of the Community Improvement Board shall be to make recommendations to the Board of Trustees on general and specific issues calculated to result in an improvement of Maryville facilities, housing, general appearance, beautification, health and welfare issues, maintenance, and/or other aspects intended to improve the quality of life for Maryville residents.
