There shall be created a Community Improvement Board for the Village of Maryville. The Board shall consist of 13 private citizens. To be eligible to serve as a member, the individual must be a resident of the village, own property within the corporate boundaries of the village, or own, operate or be an employee of a business located within the village boundaries. Members of the Board shall be appointed by the Mayor with the advice and consent of the Board of Trustees.
