Outdoor "yard sales" or "garage sales" are prohibited in all commercial districts, including but not limited to B-1, B-2 and PD-B zoning districts and properties adjacent to any state route. "Yard sale" or "garage sale" means the ordinary and commonly accepted definition of such a sale as found in Merriam-Webster's Dictionary which defines it as a sale of used household or personal articles or property including but not limited to the sale of used clothing, appliances, household fixtures and equipment.
