(A) Terms of office of initial three appointees. One of the initial members of the Board shall be appointed to serve until the end of the then current fiscal year of the village. Another of the initial members of the Board shall be appointed to serve until the end of the fiscal year of the village next ensuing. The third member of the Board shall be appointed to serve until the end of the fiscal year of the village, second next ensuing. Regardless of these provisions, however, every member of the Board shall serve until his or her successor is appointed and has qualified.
(B) Terms of office of successor members of the Board. The terms of office of successive members of the Board shall be three years and until the respective successors are appointed and have qualified.
