The Council of the Borough of Marysville, Perry County, Pennsylvania, does hereby recognize said Marysville Fire Company Relief Fund Association a proper association to receive the foreign fire insurance companies tax payable to said Borough; and all amount or amounts received from the State Treasurer of Pennsylvania by said Relief Fund Association to be held and dispensed for the purposes of said Association.
