The Planning Commission is hereby established for the purpose of preparing and maintaining a plan for the coordinated development of the Borough of Marysville, based upon physical, social, economic and governmental conditions in the Borough and the surrounding area and to provide for and protect the general welfare of the residents of the Borough.
