§ 1-301.   Creation.
In accordance with the provisions of the Municipalities Planning Code, Act 247 of July 21, 1968, as reenacted and amended by Act 170 of December 21, 1988, a Planning Commission is hereby created and the Planning Commission existing heretofore is abolished and dissolved.
