§ 27-604.   District Regulations in the Conservation, R-1 and R-2 Districts.
Signs in the Conservation, R-1 and R-2 Districts shall meet the following requirements:
      A.   Permitted Signs.
         (1)   Address sign.
         (2)   Construction sign.
         (3)   Development sign.
         (4)   Directional sign.
         (5)   Home occupation sign.
         (6)   Nonresidential. One identification wall sign not to exceed 12 square feet in area shall be permitted for each principal nonresidential uses.
         (7)   Nonresidential. One identification and information freestanding sign per street frontage, not to exceed 32 square feet in area, shall be permitted for each principal nonresidential use. For more than one nonresidential use, the freestanding sign shall be a joint identification sign.
         (8)   Nonresidential. One information sign not to exceed 12 square feet in area shall be permitted for each principal nonresidential use.
         (9)   Political sign.
         (10)   Real estate signs.
         (11)   Signs indicating the private nature of a driveway, or trespassing signs, provided that the size of any such sign shall not exceed 2 square feet.
         (12)   Signs of schools, colleges, churches, hospitals, sanitariums or other institutions of a similar nature (freestanding, wall and/or projecting), not exceeding 64 square feet sign area. Such sign shall not exceed 8 feet height and must set back 2 feet.
         (13)   Temporary signs for nonresidential uses only.
