The said Articles of Incorporation shall be as follows:
A. The name of the Authority shall be "Marysville Borough Authority."
B. The Authority is formed under the provisions of the Municipality Authorities Act of 1945, Act No. 164, Session of 1945.
C. No other Authority organized under the Municipality authorities Act of 1945 (Act No. 164), nor under the act approved the 28th day of June, 1935 (P.L. 463) as amended, is in existence in or for the incorporating municipality.
D. The name of the incorporating municipality, together with the names and addresses of its municipal officer are as follows: [Here followed the name of the Borough and the names and addresses of the principal officers at the time of enactment of this Part.]
