With respect to uses in the C-l district, Part 5 of this Chapter shall not apply to buildings as they physically existed on August 2, 1976, to the extent that the provision of off-street parking is physically impossible. However, any physical exterior extension of the premises subsequent to August 2, 1976, shall meet the parking requirements of Part 5 of this Chapter.
