§ 27-504.   Off-street Loading Requirements.
   1.   In addition to providing off-street parking, all commercial and industrial establishments shall provide adequate off-street area for the loading and unloading of supplies, merchandise, etc. to and from vehicles.
   2.   At least one loading berth or area shall be provided for each establishment with a gross floor area under 10,000 square feet. For establishments with gross floor areas of more than 10,000 square feet, additional berths or loading areas may be required, depending upon the nature of the use or activity.
   3.   The dimension of such a berth or area shall not be less than 12 feet wide by 25 feet deep.
   4.   All such loading facilities shall be located and designed so as not to interfere with the movement of other vehicles or pedestrians.
   5.   Off-street areas for the loading and unloading of supplies, merchandise, etc. may be permitted in any required yard area with the approval of Borough Council.
