§ 1-202. Organization of Authority, Execution and Filing of Articles of Incorporation Authorized.

The proper officers are hereby authorized and directed to organize the said Authority, to execute the Articles of Incorporation and file the same with the Secretary of the commonwealth of Pennsylvania as provided by law.
