1. Minimum off-street parking requirements shall be as follows:
A. Dwellings - two off-street parking spaces per dwelling unit.
B. Hotel, motel, tourist home - one space for each rental unit.
C. Church and other buildings of worship - one space for each three seats.
D. Club, lodge and fraternal organizations (non-commercial) - one space for each two members the facility is designed to accommodate.
E. Theater, auditorium - one space for each three seats.
F. Mortuary, funeral home - a minimum of five plus five spaces for each parlor.
G. Bowling alley complex - five spaces for each bowling alley.
H. Nursing, convalescent home - a minimum of ten spaces plus one space for each bed.
I. Medical or dental clinic - three spaces for each doctor and three for each employee treating patients and one for each employee not treating patients.
J. Restaurant, tavern - one space for each four seats.
K. Professional and Business offices - one space for each employee or occupant plus one space for each 200 square feet of gross floor area.
L. Retail businesses, stores, banks, commercial, industrial and personal service establishments - one space per employee for the shift with the greater number of employees plus one space for each 200 square feet of sales or customer service floor area.
M. Auto service stations, repair shops and garages - two spaces for each service bay or area.
N. Shopping center - one space for each 200 square feet of gross floor area.
O. Government administrative buildings, borough buildings and facilities and charitable institutions (police and fire protection buildings, non-commercial recreation buildings, etc.) - a minimum of one space for each employee, plus 4 square feet of parking space for every one square foot of public assembly area.
P. Parks, playgrounds and other non-commercial recreational uses - a minimum of one parking space for every 3,000 square feet of gross lot area and as approved by Borough Council.
Q. Salvage yard - a minimum of one parking space for each full time employee, one space for the owner, one space for every two part-time employees plus no less than five parking spaces for customers.
R. Elderly housing - a minimum of 1.25 spaces for each dwelling unit in the elderly housing project.
2. The Borough Council shall determine the parking requirements for any uses, structures or activities not specifically provided for above.
