1. No building or structure shall hereafter be constructed or enlarged and no use or activity shall be initiated or expanded unless provision is made for off-street parking and loading facilities meeting the requirements of this Part.
2. All required parking spaces shall be located on the same lot as, or within 300 feet of, the use or activity for which the parking is being provided if the parking is not located on the same lot, proof of the availability of parking within 300 feet shaU be in recordable form.
3. No part of any pubhc right-of-way shall be used in computing the required area for parking. Parking areas may be located in any required yard area, with the approval of Borough Council.
4. The required parking space for two or more uses may be provided in a joint (combined) parking area. When such parking areas are provided, the requirements concerning the affected side, rear or front yards may be altered as waived by the Borough Council.
5. For any activity or use involving employees or staff, a sufficient number of parking spaces shall be provided for all employees or for all the employees on duty at any one time, whichever is lesser.
