§ 1-104.   Tax Collector Fees.

   2.   In order to remedy this injustice, Council hereby sets the following:
      A.   For a certification of taxes paid provided to any person other than the owner of the property with respect to which the tax is due, the Tax Collector shall collect a fee in an amount to be established, from time to time, by resolution of the Borough Council. [Ord. 553]
      B.   For duplicate bills, data provided on computer disk or copies of other information, the Tax Collector shall collect a fee in an amount to be established, from time to time, by resolution of the Borough Council, per tax parcel for which such information is requested. [Ord. 553]
      C.   For returned checks, the Tax Collector shall collect a fee in an amount established, from time to time, by resolution of Borough Council in addition to the face amount of the check. [Ord. 553]
