§ 27-201.   General.
For the purpose of this Chapter, the following words and phrases shall have the meaning as given in this Part:
      A.   Words in the present tense shall include the future.
      B.   The word “shall” is mandatory; the word “may” is optional.
      C.   The word “person” includes an individual, corporation, partnership, firm, association, company or any other entity.
