Whenever the Borough Council of the Borough of Marysville determines it to be necessary to prune, remove or do other maintenance work to any shade tree which may temporarily interrupt electric or other utility services, the owner of such utilities shall be given written notice of such work and will be allowed 24 hours in which to comply with said notice.
