The tax imposed by Section 1 hereof, shall be due and payable to the said Borough at the same time that other borough taxes for general, revenue purposes for the fiscal year 1969-1970, and in each following calendar year, will become due and payable to the said Borough or agent of the Borough; shall be collectible in the same manner and by the same methods as other Borough taxes.
