§ 24-210.   Credit or Deduction for Payment of Tax to Other Political Subdivisions or States.
Taxpayers under this Part shall be allowed such credit or deduction for their liability for the tax imposed by this Part for taxes paid to other taxing authorities as is provided by the "Local Tax Enabling Act, " Act #511, of the 1965 Session of the Pennsylvania General Assembly, approved December 31, 1965.
