§ 23-1105.   Replaced Wells Not to Be Used in Situations of Contamination.
Wells that have been replaced by public water supplies shall not be used or maintained when any federal, state or local agency has determined that the continued use or maintenance of the well could interfere with the cleanup of contaminated groundwater or a contaminated site.
