§ 23-1102. Compliance with Decommissioning Provisions.

All wells that are to be decommissioned, or wells that are removed from use or a useable status such as abandoned wells or any well that meets the definition of an abandoned well according to § 23-201 shall be decommissioned according to the requirements of Part 7, Decommissioning of Wells.
