§ 23-603.   Submersible Pump Installations.
   1.   Submersible pumps must be installed using a pitless adapter.
   2.   The pump shall be set off the bottom of the borehole a sufficient distance so that sediment will not be drawn into the pump.
   3.   Pumps shall be wired in accordance with the requirements of the pump manufacturer and local electric codes.
