Use of a water well drilled or otherwise constructed prior to May 11, 2015, shall be considered for use as a water supply for new construction or regulated establishments only if written documentation is submitted to this Borough by a licensed well driller verifying that the well meets all of the construction standards as stated in this Chapter and a water quality analysis is conducted and found to be in conformance with the standards as set forth in Part 10 of this Chapter. Wells drilled after May 11, 2015, shall be considered for use as a supply for new construction or regulated establishments only if this Borough has granted prior written “approval to use”.
