§ 23-303.   Permit Conditions.
   1.   If the well contractor hired to drill the well is not the contractor named on the issued permit application, the Borough must be notified in writing prior to the installation of the well. The new well contractor must agree in writing to follow the previously approved permit application or file a new one.
   2.   The well must be drilled in the permitted location. Any deviation from the permitted location must be approved in writing by the Borough prior to the start of the drilling process. Failure to comply with this requirement will result in legal action being taken against the property owner and/or the well drilling contractor.
   3.   If construction or installation of a well has not commenced within 1 year from the date of issuance of the permit, the well permit shall expire. A new well permit shall be obtained prior to the commencement of said construction or installation.
