It shall be a violation of this Part for anyone to, in any way, throw, discharge or place snow from sidewalk or private property onto the Borough streets. Snow which is removed from the street or provide space for parked cars must be deposited adjacent to curbing and not placed on the roadbed on which traffic travels.
