It is further provided that any and all work done pursuant to the obtaining of a permit for the paving, construction, erection and the like of any sidewalk and/or curb, curbs and the like, shall be first completed in accordance with the specific specifications and regulations on file with the Borough Secretary aforesaid, and the paving or construction must be performed strictly in accordance with the said specifications and regulations which will be provided by the Borough Secretary to all of the parties upon request.
