1. Appeals from decisions of the Borough SEO under this Part shall be made to the Council in writing within 45 days from the date of the decision in question.
2. The appellant shall be entitled to a hearing before the Council at its next regularly scheduled meeting, if the appeal is received at least 14 days prior to the meeting. If the appeal is not received with 14 days of the next regularly scheduled meeting, the appeal shall be heard at the subsequent meeting. The Borough Council shall thereafter affirm, modify or reverse the aforesaid decision. The hearing may be postponed, upon request, for 1 month by the appellant or the Borough. Additional evidence may be introduced at the hearing provided that it is submitted to Council within 14 days of the hearing.
3. A decision shall be rendered in writing within 45 days of the date of the hearing. If a decision is not rendered within 45 days, the relief sought by the appellant shall be deemed granted.
