§ 18-503.   Applicability.
From the effective date of this Part, its provisions shall apply to all persons owning any property in the Borough served by an onlot sewage disposal systems, all persons installing or rehabilitating onlot sewage disposal systems and all pumper/haulers providing services within the Borough.
