1. In the event the Borough consents to accept industrial wastes into the sewer system having total suspended solids and B.O.D. in excess of the following concentrations:
Suspended Solids - 300 parts per million B.O.D. - 205 parts per million
An extra charge will be made for all such waste based upon special rates deemed equitable by the Borough.
2. The Borough reserves the right to refuse connection to the sewer system or to disconnect a sewer or to compel pretreatment of industrial wastes by and industrial establishment in order to prevent discharge to the sewer system, including the sewage treatment plant, or to have a deleterious effect on the sewage treatment or sludge handling processes.
