1. There is hereby imposed upon each owner of each property which is to be connected to the sewer system a connection charge equal to $400 per dwelling unit or per use or per dwelling unit and use whichever is greater on each such property. [Ord. 441]
2. There is hereby imposed upon each owner of each property which is physically connected to the sewer system, but who seeks to increase the number of dwelling units or uses on said property, a connection charge equal to $400 per additional dwelling unit or use or additional dwelling unit and use, whichever is greater, on said property. 3. If such a fee is required, it shall be paid prior to and as a condition precedent to the issuance of any building permit or certificate of use. The fee provided for in this Part is solely for the privileges of connection to the sewer system and does not constitute payment of or towards the actual construction of said connection.
