Any person who violates any provisions of § 18-210 shall, upon conviction thereof by summary proceedings, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $1,000 and costs and, in default of said fine and costs, to undergo imprisonment in the Perry County Prison for a period not in excess of 30 days. Each day that a violation continues after having been notified by the Borough in writing shall constitute a separate violation punishable by the fine and imprisonment described herein.
