§ 15-903. Prohibited Areas.

No gasoline-powered or diesel-powered motor vehicle shall be operated on State Road, U.S. Route 11/U.S. Route 15, between a point 400 feet south of Ridge View Drive and a point 1 mile north thereof within the Borough, utilizing, in said operation, an engine brake retarder. The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation approved the prohibition of engine brake retarders in the foregoing area by letter dated August 22, 2011.
