§ 15-807. Penalty for Violation.
Any person placing or maintaining a nuisance, interference or obstruction upon any street, public alley or sidewalk in the Borough of Marysville, or failing to remove the same following notice as hereinabove provided, shall be guilty of a violation of this Part and upon conviction thereof before the Codes Enforcement Officer or district justice of the Borough, shall be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $25 and costs of imprisonment in the County Jail for not more than 5 days; provided, that such penalty may be in addition to costs of removal of any nuisance, interference or obstruction imposed under § 15-805 of this Part.
