The Codes Enforcement Officer and or agent of the Borough of Marysville shall have authority to remove any and all nuisances, interferences and obstructions found upon any street, public alley or sidewalk in the Borough of Marysville, when it shall first have been reasonably ascertained by the Codes Enforcement Officer that such a nuisance, interference or obstruction shall exist, whether the same shall be a movable or an immovable object.
