§ 13-501.   Unlawful to Service or Repair Motor Vehicles on Borough Property.
No person shall service or make repairs of any nature to a privately owned motor vehicle upon any real property owned by the Borough. Employees of the Borough may service or repair any Borough owned motor vehicle or equipment upon real property owned by the Borough.
