Any person violating any of the provisions of this Part shall, upon conviction before the appropriate authority, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $1,000 plus costs and, in default of payment of said fine and costs, to a term of imprisonment not to exceed 30 days. Whenever any such person shall have been notified by the Borough in writing or by prosecution for such a violation, each day thereafter that the violation continues shall constitute a separate violation and may be punishable as such.
