§ 13-401.   Definitions.
   PRIVATE PROPERTY - any property not owned or leased by the government of the United States, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, or any political subdivision thereof.
   MOTOR VEHICLE - shall include one or more motor vehicles which had been at one time licensed for use on public highways, but which are not presently so licensed and which do not presently have a current inspection sticker as required by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, including trailers, semi-trailers and parts thereof, but provided that it shall not include vehicles having a current antique license plate.
