§ 13-306.   Grounds for Suspension of License.
The Mayor of the Borough of Marysville is hereby authorized to suspend any license issued under this Part when he or she deems such suspension to be beneficial to the public health, safety or morals on the grounds of the applicant's violation of any of the provisions of this Part or if the applicant has given any false information upon any application for a license hereunder. Any person aggrieved by such suspension may appeal such suspension to the Borough Council who shall at the request of the appellant hold a hearing on the matter and after hearing may affirm or reverse the suspension. Appeal to Council shall not act as a supersedeas to the suspension and the suspension shall remain in effect during the appeal.
