In addition to any and all other penalties herein contained or provided by law, any violation of the terms of this Part is hereby declared to be a public nuisance and a danger to public safety and health, and may by the Borough of Marysville authorities be abated and the Borough of Marysville may recover the reasonable costs of such abatement by suit or action in assumpsit, or by filing a municipal claim therefore against the property where said junkyard exists or is maintained.
