§ 13-210. Measures Against Rodents and Vermin.

The operator of each and every junkyard within the Borough of Marysville shall at all times do and perform any and all things necessary to prevent any rats or other rodents or vermin of any kind from existing upon or accumulating upon the premises of any junkyard.
