§ 13-206.   Storage of Combustible Material Other Than Paper.
All rags and other combustible material, excepting paper, stored or to be stored or retained, shall be stored only when packed tightly in bags or other suitable container, and no loose accumulations of rags or other combustible material shall be permitted.
