§ 13-204.   Requirements for Buildings.
The building contemplated hereby required by this Part, unless the same be an entirely and completely fire proof structure, shall be no more than one story in height, and shall be provided with skylights in the roof as may be required by the Fire Prevention Inspector of the Borough of Marysville to provide adequate ventilation. Vertical openings shall be properly enclosed and window openings shall be protected by metal frames and sash glazed with wired glass. All storage rooms or places where materials are stored or deposited shall be separated from the space or area where picking, sorting, handling, treating or processing of any kind is done by a fire partition or wall, and the entrance to such storage room shall be provided with standard, self closing fire doors. All picking or sorting or processing or handling rooms or places where such work is done or performed shall be provided with exhaust systems of sufficient capacity to adequately remove dust.
