§ 13-103.   Permit Issued Without Cost Under Certain Conditions.
The Mayor shall have the right to issue said license permit without cost if the said carnival, public exhibition, road show or theatrical production is for the benefit of any civic, charitable, educational or church organization of the Borough of Marysville.
