The Borough may authorize Borough employees or other agents to enforce this Part by cleaning up the premises and removing the items, the presence of which is found to be in violation of this Part. The cost of such removal shall be charged to the owner(s) of the premises, according to a schedule established by the Borough and such charges may be collected by means of a lien upon the premises or by other lawful means. Such charges shall be separate and in addition to any fines assessed and imposed under the authority created in § 10-308.
