All privately owned exterior property areas and premises shall be maintained in a clean, safe and sanitary condition, free of nuisances and dangerous structures. It shall be unlawful for any person who owns or occupies any premises in Marysville to accumulate or store rubbish, waste, toxic substances, abandoned vehicles, junked vehicles, boats or trailers or trailer caps as herein defined, which pose(s) a public health and safety risk by creating an attractive nuisance, by attracting vermin and/or by creating potential hazards for fire and rescue personnel.
