§ 10-206. Certain Liquid Waste Not to be Deposited in or Drained into Street or Alley.

No person shall run, cast or deposit, either by means of a drain or otherwise, upon any street or alley in the Borough, any kitchen slops, wash water, soap suds or any other nauseous or offensive liquor or substance.
