§ 7-103.   Regulations.
   1.   No person, either directly or indirectly, shall ignite, kindle or maintain any outdoor fire, or authorize or permit any outdoor fire to be ignited, kindled or maintained on any private or public street, alley, sidewalk, or on any private or public land within the Borough of Marysville except as hereinafter provided.
   2.   Outdoor burning of burnable materials in a burn container with a burn container cover is permitted between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. prevailing time on Monday through Saturday and from noon until 7:00 p.m. on Sunday. Such permitted outdoor fires shall be completely extinguished by 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. respectively.
   3.   Outdoor burning permitted by subsection 2. above shall be attended at all times by an individual 14 years of age or older until the fire is completely extinguished.
   4.   No burn container shall be used within 10 feet of any building or structure nor within 10 feet of any property line or public sidewalk area.
   5.   Outdoor burning of non-burnable materials is prohibited.
   6.   Outdoor burning of materials which give off an acrid, obnoxious or toxic odor or which emit heavy smoke is prohibited.
   7.   This Part does not prohibit issuance of a “Special Burning Permit” by the local Fire Chief whenever circumstances so dictate. Such permits shall be issued in writing by the Fire Chief on a form provided by the Borough. In granting such permit, the Fire Chief shall determine whether or not the Fire Company shall be in attendance.
