§ 6-401. Littering Prohibited.

No person shall throw or deposit any paper, waste paper, sweepings, ashes, household waste, glass, metal, refuse, rubbish, trash or dangerous or detrimental substances onto or upon any road, street, highway, alley, sidewalk or upon the land of another or into or upon any stream or navigable river.
